My point is that you should have it in total corralation with realm size. In SR13 people who started on the coast had the whole of the North sea, bumping them right the way up to level 5-6citadel....

I believe that there is a limit to how land you grab by being next to the sea, can't rember the figures at the moment but it's probabily in the 'Existing Players' section of the web site
